Description

Are you a proactive Health & Safety professional with experience working on large-scale M&E projects? We’re recruiting on behalf of a Top 15 UK M&E Contractor renowned for delivering major commercial and data centre projects across the country.

This is a nightshift role, ideal for a self-motivated, confident advisor who can take the lead in maintaining and promoting a positive safety culture on-site during critical out-of-hours operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce H&S compliance across all nightshift operations

*

Carry out inspections, audits, and risk assessments

*

Provide guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors

*

Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings

*

Investigate and report incidents, near-misses, and unsafe practices

*

Ensure adherence to company and statutory H&S requirements

🔧 Requirements:

*

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (minimum)

*

Proven experience in a similar H&S role within M&E or construction

*

Strong understanding of relevant UK H&S legislation

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Ability to work autonomously on a nightshift schedule
