Lightning Protection Designer (AutoCAD)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Progression + Software Training + 22 Days + Bank Holidays + Free On Site Parking

Are you a designer, with experience in the BS EN62305 accreditation, looking to join a well established company that offers an enhanced holiday package and progression?

Are you experienced in AutoCAD and looking to receive excellent training in more specialised software like StrikeRisk, to develop your skillset?

This company was established over three decades ago and since then has grown to operate nationwide, and sometimes internationally. The company specialise in lightning protection, surge protection and height safety protection. Operating on hospitals to small schools, the company provide tailored solutions to all.

In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to travel to client sites, when necessary, to capture on site data to support the development of solutions. You will need to follow the BS EN 62305 accreditation across all works and ensure all projects meet quality standards.

The Role:

8:30 - 5 Monday - Friday
Follow the BS EN 62305 accreditation on all projects to maintain the standards of the company
Work in a team of five other designers to ensure all projects are completed to quality standards
Produce quotations for the projects, as defined by client specifications
Work interdepartmentally with the engineersThe Person:

Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience working with the BS EN62305 accreditation
