Description

An established primary school in Essex is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This role will begin in September 2025 and will be offered for one year with the potential for the position to extend or become permanent. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

* Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of all students in the class.

* Regularly assess student progress, providing timely feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary to support individual learning.

* Create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and cohesion across the curriculum.

* Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress and engaging them in their child’s learning journey.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Experience: Previous experience teaching Year 4 or in Key Stage 2 is preferred.
