Salary: £120 - £250 per day (Depending on experience)

Role Overview:

As a Drama Teacher, you’ll lead engaging and thought-provoking lessons that encourage students to explore their creativity, develop communication skills, and express themselves through performance. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values artistic expression and student growth.

Your Mission as a Drama Teacher:

Design Inspiring Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic drama lessons that cater to a range of abilities and learning styles.
Ignite Passion for Performance: Teach students, helping them build confidence and a love for the performing arts.
Lead Creative Projects: Organise and direct school productions, workshops, and drama clubs that showcase student talent.
Support Student Growth: Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
Foster a Safe Space: Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students feel empowered to express themselves.
Promote Well-being: Ensure all activities are conducted with a strong focus on student safety and well-being.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified and Passionate: QTS, ECT, or equivalent overseas qualifications in drama or performing arts.
Experienced Educator: Proven experience teaching drama in a school setting.
Creative Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
Inspirational Leader: Ability to motivate and inspire students to explore their creative potential.
Inclusive Practitioner: Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
Bonus: Experienced Teaching Assistants (TA) and Cover Supervisors (CS) with a background in drama are also encouraged to apply.
