Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Evesham
Pay Rate: £12.57 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
Contract: Temporary (4 weeks), potential to be extended
Start Date: 23rd June 2025

Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our team in Evesham. This is a hands-on role supporting general office organisation and document management tasks. The position is for an initial 4-week period, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

General admin duties including filing, shredding, and arranging courier collections
Boxing up paperwork and preparing documents for archiving or shredding
Following clear instructions on document handling and retention
Liaising with the archiving company to schedule collections
Updating spreadsheets and tracking information accurately
Assisting with reorganising and sorting different areas of the officeWhat We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
Confident using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Comfortable being active throughout the day – this role is not solely desk-basedBenefits:
