Job Title: History Teacher – Long Term Role
Location: Croydon
Daily Rate: £170 – £200 depending on experience
Start Date: Immediate Start

A fantastic secondary school in Croydon is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic History Teacher for a long-term role with an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and well-resourced department, where staff development and student achievement are highly valued.

The Role:

Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS3–KS4)

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote historical enquiry and critical thinking

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Plan and assess in line with national curriculum requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

Strong subject knowledge in History

Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools

Excellent classroom management and organisational skills

Passionate about making a difference in students’ educational journeys
