Description

Lead the design and delivery of wellbeing and engagement strategies that support a thriving workforce.
Develop inclusive initiatives that reflect the diverse needs of employees and promote a culture of belonging.
Work closely with HR, Public Health, and leadership teams to embed wellbeing into everyday operations.
Oversee key services like occupational health and employee assistance, ensuring they deliver real value.
Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve employee experience.
Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organisation.
Communicate clearly and consistently to build awareness and support for wellbeing and DEI initiatives.

Profile

You'll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience leading wellbeing, engagement, or DEI strategies in a complex organisation.
Are confident working with senior leaders and influencing change across teams.
Know how to turn insight into action and strategy into impact.
Are a strong communicator who can bring people together around a shared vision.
Understand how to manage projects, navigate change, and deliver results.
Hold a relevant qualification or have equivalent experience in HR, wellbeing, or inclusion.

Job Offer

26 days annual leave, rising to 30 days between 2 - 5 years' service and 33 days after 5 years (plus bank holiday)
