- Contribute to the planning and evaluation of lessons and learning activities.
- Prepare, manage, and organise classroom materials and learning environments.
- Implement, monitor, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support pupils with SEN.
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, SLT, and the SENCo to deliver targeted interventions (e.g., Switch On, Catch Up, Nurture).
- Supervise and support pupils on educational visits and off-site appointments.
- Maintain accurate pupil records including SEN and intervention folders.
- Provide constructive feedback and ensure marking is in line with the school's policy.
- Support the school's behaviour and safeguarding policies at all times.
- Participate in school events and contribute positively to wider school life.

What We're Looking For:
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent; HLTA status or substantial experience covering whole-class teaching across all primary phases.
- Proven experience leading learning and supervising classes independently.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and SEN support strategies.
- Confident in using IT to support learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to ongoing development.
- A Level 1 Safeguarding qualification (or willingness to complete one).
- A proactive team player willing to support the school's wider community and events.
