Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000
Location: Oxford

This practice blends architecture, interior, and landscape design to deliver rich user experiences. Key Responsibilities for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop robust and buildable solutions across diverse sectors.
• Lead technical packages through all project stages, ensuring compliance with UK building regs and conservation best practices.
• Conduct site visits and surveys, taking a hands-on role in managing the delivery of both refurbishment and new build schemes.

Qualifications and Experience needed for this Senior Architectural Technologist role:
• CIAT membership and a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong command of Revit and AutoCAD, with proven understanding of current building regulations and conservation standards.
• Experience working with traditional construction materials and detailing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating sustainable, user-focused design outcomes.
• A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle (essential due to site locations).
