Project Manager – HVAC & Mechanical Services

Location: London, Oxford & Petersfield plus surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £70,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Travel Expenses

Are you a mechanically biased Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC projects? Do you thrive in client-facing roles while delivering high-quality projects in the commercial, healthcare and manufacturing sectors? If so, we want to hear from you.

The Role

Join one of the UK’s leading providers of mechanical, renewable energy, and maintenance services, overseeing HVAC projects across London, Oxford and Petersfield. You'll play a key role in managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high technical standards, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee mechanical and HVAC projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

* Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and on-site teams.

* Lead technical decision-making and problem-solving.

* Ensure all works comply with industry regulations and health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong mechanical or HVAC background, ideally in healthcare or manufacturing projects.

* Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.

* Hands-on project management expertise, from planning to completion.

* Flexibility to travel across Oxford, Petersfield, and surrounding areas.

What’s on Offer?

* Salary up to £70,000

* £5,000 car allowance

* Public transport costs covered for travel into London

* Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
