Group FP&A Manager – Wolseley Group - Finance

As a Group FP&A Manager based in our Warwick office (minimum 3 days a week), you’ll be responsible for: 

Managing the monthly financial Group Board reporting process

Managing the Group forecasting process

Managing the Group annual budgeting process

Supporting Group investor relations activities

Reviewing business wide investment requests and post investment reviews

Ad hoc projects around the Group e.g. support with new acquisitions, business integrations and strategic projects

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 40 hours a week, with flexible, hybrid working (remotely up to 2 days a week).

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

Qualified chartered accountant with professional accountancy qualification (ACA preferred) with post-qualification experience and strong technical accounting knowledge

Experience in external audit or in a mid-large organisation that oversees all areas of the Income Statement and Balance Sheet is desirable

Experience in investor relations and listed reporting requirements is advantageous

Strong Excel skills, financial analysis, and modelling skills with ability to identify key issues

Excellent attention to detail, ability to challenge and improve processes, and confidence in managing multiple deadlines independently
