Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for an Interim – Graduate Building Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Derbyshire area

What the job will be doing

* Working through a list of properties or assets by calling at them, arranging appointments ahead of schedule and/or attending pre-arranged appointments.

* Diary management including using outlook and/or booking apps to arrange future appointments.

* Highlighting any immediate health and safety, damp/mould, defects, safeguarding and/or other issues where applicable.

* Helping with stock condition survey programme

What you will need

* Building surveyor degree

* Ability to use initiative and work independently

* Fast learner
