Supervisor | Grasmere | Outdoor Retail | £12.50 - £13.50 per hour

We're looking for a Supervisor to join a leading retail brand in Grasmere. If you have experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant and a passion for retail, this is your chance to grow your career in a friendly, outdoor retail store.

Key Supervisor responsibilities:

Support the retail management team daily

Lead by example and deliver excellent customer service

Take responsibility as Supervisor for opening and closing the store

Assist with visual merchandising and stock standards

Train and motivate the retail team

About you:

Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant in retail

Positive, hands-on and team-focused

Enjoys working in a busy retail environment

Flexible to work weekends and holidays
