We're on the hunt for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Manager who lives and breathes digital culture.

You'll take the lead on building, shaping, and driving social and content output across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat.

This is a full-mix role. You'll be ideating, shooting, editing, and managing daily content, while working with an in-house team (photographer, videographer, creative lead) to bring everything to life.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, to work for a luxury brand with incredible celebrity clients.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the Socials

Create and run the social media strategy.
Build and manage a content calendar that aligns with launches and campaigns.
Track performance, analyse what's working, and tweak for growth and engagement.
Make sure content is always consistent, relevant, and on time.Be in the Content

Plan, shoot, edit, this is a hands-on role.
Work closely with the creative team to turn ideas into slick, scroll-stopping content.
Lead storyboarding for campaigns and daily content.
Pitch new ideas, formats, trends, to keep things fresh and reactive.Keep Things Moving

Streamline workflow from idea to post using tools like ClickUp.
Set clear expectations & timelines for the team and lead with energy and accountability.
Help others grow, share skills, give feedback, and support upskilling.What You'll Bring

3+ years managing social and digital content, ideally in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or culture-focused spaces.
Experience working with physical products
Experience managing calendars, campaigns, and fast turnarounds.
Confident creating consistent content, shooting and editing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
Organised, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects.
Passionate, proactive, and always down to roll your sleeves up.
A good eye for visual storytelling and trend forecasting
Ideally editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Ideally comfortable using ClickUp, Trello, or NotionWe Are Aspire Ltd are a Commited employer
