As a Science ECT, your role will include:

Delivering inspiring and well-planned Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

Engaging students through practical science and real-world applications

*

Contributing to extra-curricular science initiatives such as clubs and competitions

Embracing new teaching strategies and learning technologies

The ideal Science ECT will:

Hold a degree in a science discipline and be on track to achieve QTS by summer 2025

Be committed to delivering engaging, inclusive, and purposeful lessons

Have excellent subject knowledge and a keen interest in student progress

Be open to feedback and professional growth within a collaborative team

*

Show resilience, warmth, and a genuine passion for teaching and learning
