A forward-thinking school in Hereford is looking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Business Teacher to join their department from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role offers the exciting possibility of a Leadership TLR for the right candidate.

Subjects: Business Studies at GCSE and A-Level (KS4 and KS5)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Hereford

*

Start Date: September 2025

*

Salary: MPS/UPS with Leadership TLR potential

*

Experience: Both ECTs and experienced teachers encouraged to apply

Role Overview:

*

Deliver engaging and dynamic Business lessons that equip students with practical knowledge and critical thinking skills.

*

Teach across KS4 and KS5, preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Business qualifications.

*

Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to raising student achievement and fostering enthusiasm for the subject.

*

Embrace opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and department leadership.

*

Support extracurricular business-related activities and initiatives within the school.

What We Are Looking For:

Degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related subject.

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Passion for teaching Business with the ability to inspire and engage learners across all abilities.

A collaborative approach and readiness to contribute to the wider school community.

*

Leadership potential and a desire to take on additional responsibilities through a TLR.
