We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Content Creator to help us transform static training materials into engaging, professional-quality training videos. This is a project-based role, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for clear communication, and experience using AI video creation tools like Synthesia (or similar).

What You'll Do:

Convert existing training content (currently in PowerPoint format) into dynamic, learner-friendly video content

Use AI tools (e.g., Synthesia) or other video creation platforms to bring training material to life

Design and structure content for clarity, engagement, and instructional impact

Deliver polished, high-quality video outputs ready for deployment on digital platforms

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience creating training or instructional content, ideally in a video-first format

Proficiency with Synthesia or similar AI-driven content creation platforms

Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

Familiarity with eLearning best practices is a plus

This is a project based temporary role. There may be a possibility of hybrid working but you will need to live within a commutable distance to Sandwich.
