Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience in Key Stage 2? We are seeking a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher to join our dynamic team from September 2025. The Role:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners in your class. You will be responsible for planning and teaching creative and stimulating lessons, assessing student progress, and providing tailored support to ensure every child succeeds. We are looking for someone who can inspire students, maintain high expectations, and foster a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum for Year 3.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their learning goals.

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated.

*

Support the social and emotional development of students, helping them navigate their educational journey with confidence.

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum and share best practices.

*

Communicate regularly with parents and carers to support students’ progress and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

*

Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 3, with a strong understanding of the curriculum.

*

Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and productive learning environment.

*

The ability to differentiate lessons to support the diverse needs of students.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*

A passionate, creative approach to teaching, committed to nurturing the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
