Product Owner

Location: Swindon (4 days per week onsite)
Salary: Up to £60k (DOE) + Up to 10% bonus

About the role:
As a Product Owner, you'll play a central role in the development of new products and features, working within our agile teams to shape priorities and steer delivery with market needs in mind. This is an exciting opportunity to become the go-to expert for a product line and develop your leadership in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

Owning and managing the product backlog, balancing commercial, market and customer needs
Defining product and feature requirements through:
Market research and competitor analysis
Voice of the Customer (VOC) input and user feedback
Acting as the expert and central hub for product-related information
Supporting the business with product knowledge and anticipating technical or market challenges
Liaising with Account Managers to ensure consistent customer communicationAs your experience grows, you could also:

Provide pre-sale technical advice and application support
Help produce marketing materials and content
Work with customers to resolve product-specific queries and issues
What you'll bring:

A degree or HND in electrical, electronic or software engineering—or equivalent industry experience
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritise effectively
Strong communication and influencing skills
A desire to grow within a product-led environment
