Are you a recent or soon-to-be Education Studies graduate with a passion for helping children thrive?
Looking to build meaningful experience before progressing into teacher training, educational psychology or wider education?

We're working with a values-driven, forward-thinking primary school in Hounslow who are searching for enthusiastic, proactive graduates to join their support team this September 2025 (or July for the right candidate!).

💼 The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development across the school day

Working 1:1 or in small groups to deliver tailored interventions

Helping to maintain a positive, structured learning environment

Building strong, professional relationships with children and colleagues

Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and planning engaging activities

Being a consistent, caring adult in the school community

👤 About You - Who We're Looking For:

A degree in Education Studies (or similar) completed or finishing by Summer 2025

A genuine passion for supporting young learners

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, reflective and keen to learn

Committed to inclusion, safeguarding and the belief that all children can succeed
