Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher seeking an immediate opportunity in a school with a proven track record of excellence? The school are currently seeking a talented individual to join a mainstream secondary school in Barnet. With a recent OFSTED rating of "Good", they pride ourselves on delivering high-quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.

* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire curiosity and facilitate learning.

* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.

* Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and school-wide initiatives.

* Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning community.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

* Specialization in Science education or relevant subject area.

* Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level.

* Strong knowledge of the Science curriculum and assessment practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the school community.
