Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Aftersales to lead our Customer Service, Warranty, and Aftersales Operations at our head office in Hinckley. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our aftersales services and enhance the customer experience across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the Aftersales function, ensuring alignment with company objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

Operational Excellence: Oversee warranty spend, identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.

Process Improvement: Drive operational improvements and streamline aftersales processes to enhance service delivery.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the ownership journey.

Candidate Profile

Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading aftersales teams within the automotive sector.

Expertise in Warranty Management: Strong understanding of warranty processes and cost management strategies.

Analytical Approach: Proactive and analytical in managing performance metrics and financial spend.

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
