Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career? We are a reputable law firm in Teesside, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients. Our Stockton office is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our friendly team!

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting our busy property team. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions.
Preparing and drafting legal documents, including contracts and property transfer forms.
Managing client communications with professionalism and care.
Conducting property searches and liaising with external parties.
Maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with legal standards.What We're Looking For:
We want someone who is passionate about conveyancing and has a proactive attitude. The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably within conveyancing.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
