Job Description

We are collaborating with a respected organization in the retail industry to recruit a skilled Enterprise Architect. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and steering the architectural vision for technology solutions across the organization. The Enterprise Architect will be instrumental in aligning IT strategies with overarching business objectives, ensuring that technology initiatives effectively contribute to achieving optimal business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Create and uphold the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring its alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

* Work closely with stakeholders to assess current architectures and systems, pinpointing areas for enhancement and innovative solutions.

* Direct the design and deployment of scalable technology solutions that facilitate business expansion and operational efficiency.

* Set architectural standards and guidelines to ensure uniformity and quality across all technology initiatives.

* Manage the incorporation of new technologies into existing systems, guaranteeing seamless operation and interoperability.

* Offer expertise on technology advancements and best practices, shaping decision-making to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as an enterprise architect or in a similar capacity within the retail sector.

* Thorough understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman.

* Proficient in system design, integration, and development methodologies.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for strategic and critical thinking.

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or certifications would be advantageous.
