Position: Dental Nurse (Mixed Role – Orthodontic Nursing, Reception & Treatment Coordination)

Salary: £12.50 – £15 per hour (dependent on experience; training provided)

The chance to make a real impact on patient experience and outcomesYour Responsibilities Will Include: Clinical Duties:

Assisting the Specialist Orthodontist during a variety of advanced orthodontic procedures
Maintaining a high standard of infection control, cleanliness, and equipment care
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments in accordance with CQC regulations
Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey with professionalism and compassionReception and Coordination:

Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience
Scheduling and managing appointments efficiently using our Dental+ software
Handling patient enquiries both in person and via phone/email with care and clarity
Explaining treatment plans and guiding patients through their orthodontic process with confidence
Supporting the administrative team with daily practice operations and helping wherever neededWhat We’re Looking For:
A GDC-registered Dental Nurse with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
Ideally, previous experience in orthodontics and dental reception – though we are happy to train the right candidate
A warm, enthusiastic, and professional manner with a genuine passion for patient care
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
Proficiency with computers and confidence using digital systems – our practice is fully digital and paperless
A reliable team player who is always willing to lend a hand and go the extra mile for colleagues and patients alike
Someone who enjoys being part of a small, dedicated team and is comfortable multitasking between clinical and administrative dutiesWorking Hours:
Monday - Friday
Every other Saturday morning (short-shift for a great work-life balance!)
