Description

We’re seeking a compassionate, vehicle-savvy individual to join our growing team as a Driver. This is a varied and customer-focused role requiring a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day logistics of specialist vehicle operations, including delivering vehicles, demonstrating key features to customers, and ensuring the company fleet is well-maintained and ready for action.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver both adapted rental vehicles and customer-owned new vehicles

* Provide friendly and knowledgeable demonstrations of vehicle features on delivery

* Maintain legal compliance for all vehicles (MOT, tax, servicing, adaptations, etc.)

* Clean and valet vehicles to a high standard

* Keep detailed vehicle movement logs and database records (training provided)

* Assist with the disposal of part-exchange and ex-rental vehicles

* Attend and support vehicle demonstration appointments

* Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

* A kind, patient, and understanding personality

* Confident driver with a good working knowledge of vehicles

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Comfortable working both independently and within a team

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about adapted/converted vehicles

* Flexibility with working hours and travel
