The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

Hours - Full Time - 40 hours, Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide care for children

* Help children to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills

* Plan and deliver educational activities

* Work with parents to support their children’s learning

* Maintain a safe and healthy environment

Qualifications:

* Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care

* Strong understanding of child development

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Right to work in the UK
