Are you a skilled Building Surveyor ready for your next contract in social housing?

If so, Moxie People are supporting a purpose-driven housing provider in North Somerset to recruit a temporary Damp and Mould Surveyor.

This is your chance to join a Housing Association who are committed to doing right by their residents, and that includes taking damp and mould seriously.

That's where you come in.

We're on the lookout for a Building Surveyor who specialises in damp, mould and condensation. Someone who knows how to spot the signs, investigate properly, and recommend solutions that make a difference.

You'll work closely with residents, contractors and internal teams to get to the root of the issue and keep homes safe and healthy.

The important bits:

💼 Damp and Mould Surveyor (Contract)

📍 North Somerset

💰 Up to £35/hr (Umbrella)

🕐 Full-time, flexible start dates

🏠 Hybrid (3 days on site / 2 days home working)

What you'll need to apply for this Damp and Mould Surveyor opportunity:

Solid experience in social housing or similar residential settings
Experience working on disrepair, damp, mould and condensation
Strong knowledge of HHSRS and housing standards
A calm, clear and compassionate communicator, especially when speaking with residents
