Lead Product Design Engineer

Dudley (Commutable from Halesowen, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster).

£40,000-£45,000 + Monday to Friday (37.5 Hours) + Hybrid (1 day a week) + Lead Innovation + Profit Share Scheme + Progression.

This company specialises in the manufacturing of plastic products and systems, serving a diverse range of industries. They are seeking a driven Product Design Engineer with leadership experience to help spearhead the innovation and development of new products.

This is a Monday to Friday, hybrid position. The key responsibility of the role includes mentoring junior engineers, implementing best practices, ensuring quality, influence product development and lead innovation and design of new products.

The Role:

Hybrid Role, with on day a week work from home.
Product design and development.
Monday to Thursday, 8:30am 5:30pm (3:30pm finish Fridays).
£40,000 £45,000.The Person:

Experienced in product design.
Expereince using SolidWorks.
Leadership expereince.
Lives within commutable distance to Dudley site.
