A captivating opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Richmond. The successful candidate will inspire students to explore theatrical forms, develop performance skills, and cultivate creativity and confidence through the dramatic arts. This role is ideal for an educator passionate about fostering self-expression and collaborative storytelling.

The Role

The Drama Teacher will:

* Deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons across Key Stages 3-5, including GCSE and A-Level.

* Develop students' acting, directing, devising, and technical theatre skills.

* Organise and contribute to school productions, workshops, and theatre visits.

* Foster a supportive and expressive environment where students feel confident in their creative abilities.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a qualified Drama Teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) who:

* Possesses strong practical and theoretical knowledge of Drama and theatre.

* Is highly creative, enthusiastic, and able to inspire students of all abilities.

* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

* Is a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to the school's vibrant performing arts scene.
