About the Role:

Teach engaging and inspiring Drama lessons to students at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level

*

Play a key role in shaping the Drama curriculum and encouraging students to develop confidence and creativity

*

Be part of a dynamic and collaborative department with a focus on academic excellence and student wellbeing

*

Contribute to pastoral responsibilities and extra-curricular drama productions and activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS or a PGCE with a degree in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related subject

*

Have experience teaching Drama at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level (Edexcel/AQA experience desirable)

*

Demonstrate a passion for Drama and a commitment to student success

*

Be a reflective practitioner with a growth mindset and strong classroom management skills

*

Be eager to collaborate with a supportive and experienced team
