Title: Regional Account Executive (J8357)
Location: Various
Salary: £45k-£50k + Bonus + Benefits

The Role:
Driving growth through leading new customer acquisition, as Regional Account Executive you will be responsible for prospecting, meeting with & closing deals within the Construction industry on behalf of a Global New Equipment leader.
Working on behalf of one of the most recognisable brand names within the sector, you will be pitching mobility solutions into architects & construction teams in the UK and further afield. This business have already implemented travel solutions into iconic global buildings such as the Empire State Building & The Burj Khalifa.
If you are the kind of new business hunting salesperson who can prospect leads remotely, get themselves into the right rooms, approach each and every deal consultatively, and close deals which add value to both parties, then this is an ideal situation for you to do so with the support of one of a major industry player.

The Company:
This business have been operating for a number of years, from office blocks to international landmarks. Chances are each escalator you ride, lift you take and walkway you step onto have most likely been sold and delivered by a member of this team.
We are now searching for fast-moving, dynamic and high-energy individuals to add some new life to the sector, building upon the success they have already achieved. This is the idea situation for someone with a solid track record of delivering against revenue targets to become part of a wider team of overachievers.
Nobody is better-established within the industry. The client are currently operating in over 200 different countries. As such, there is no better place for people with suitable backgrounds to harness their skillset and drive.

Responsibilities:
• Prospect new business across various verticals
• Generate your own leads
• Book and attend your own meetings in the field with the correct KDM
• Close deals around the value of £30k-£150k
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline in order to deliver against ambitious revenue targets
• Manage accounts for the first 12 months once on-boarded, before handing them over
• Taking the opportunity to upsell and cross-sell new solutions or product lines when possible

The ideal candidate would:
• Be University Educated
• Come from a Service Sales background
• Have experience with solution selling
• Have a track record of success against new business revenue targets
• Have experience selling into construction
