Description

I'm currently recruiting for a short term contract Receptionist for a lovely school in Swanley, Kent.

This role initially is for 2 weeks cover but there is also a potential that it will become longer term.

This role would suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role in the school setting.

Key responsibilities will be:

Answering the phone and dealing with parent queries and student queries alike

Responding to emails from the school inbox

Being first point of call for the administration team, dealing with walk ins etc

General admin responsibilities
