About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Swansea. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and making a positive impact on young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all pupils

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies

Uphold the schools values and promote positive behaviour

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school setting

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
