Salary: £40,000 per annum plus tronc

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a renowned establishment in Lymington and are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.

What's involved?

As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal and delicious dishes for our customers. You will also help with menu planning, inventory management, staff training and kitchen hygiene.

You should be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and the front of house team, and ensure that the kitchen standards are met at all times.

If you are looking for a rewarding and challenging opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity, this role is for you.

Previous Rosette experience is desired but not essential.
