We’re partnering with a business, who are on the lookout for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join their expanding team on the early shift (6am–3pm).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving performance and quality on the production line.

Your Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate a team

* Ensure accurate, timely assembly of Uni-System products to high standards

* Perform and document quality checks across relevant stations

* Maintain appropriate stock levels and support shift transitions

* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

* Promote and maintain a safe and organised work environment

* Provide updates, performance reports, and tackle any arising issues

* Support employee development and performance within your team

* Comply with company RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience leading a manufacturing production line

* At least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices

* Health and safety awareness and commitment

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
