We’re currently hiring a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across our estate sites, helping to maintain high-quality communal green spaces for our residents and visitors.

Location: Communal Gardens
Pay: £15.91 per hour (umbrella)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract: 3-month ongoing

Key Responsibilities:

* Grass cutting across communal areas

* Hedge trimming and shrub maintenance

* General upkeep of gardens and outdoor spaces

About You:

* Previous experience in grounds maintenance is essential

* A full UK driving licence is required

* Abillty to work outdoors in all weather conditions

* A positive attitude and good attention to detail
