HR Assistant
Blackpool | £27,500 - £30,000 a year | Full-time | Office-based

We're hiring a proactive and detail-driven HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Blackpool.

About the role:
As our new HR Assistant, you'll support a wide range of people-related tasks - from onboarding new hires and managing employee records to helping coordinate training and ensuring our systems and processes run smoothly. You'll be a key part of a collaborative HR team in a regulated environment, with regular travel to our London office (especially in the first few months).

Key responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support

Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees

Support recruitment processes and interview coordination

Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy

Assist with payroll changes, training logistics, and compliance checks

Respond to HR queries and support ongoing HR projects

What we're looking for:

Strong administration and organisational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Positive, professional, and approachable attitude

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

Proficient in Excel

Previous experience in a regulated industry

The details:

Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 (based on skills and experience)

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week)

Location: Office-based in Blackpool, 5 days a week during probation

Travel: Regular travel to London required, particularly in the early months
