The Pub Restaurant is ideally situated in an iconic location near the centre of the Island's main town of St Peterport.
The Restaurant offers all day dining at a good standard be please note that this is NOT a fine dining operation
The Restaurant and Bar has a wide following on the island as well as being popular with visitors to the Island thanks to its location.
The Restaurant serves dishes that make the most of the renowned local produce and is open all year round.

What's involved?

As Head Chef, you will be in full charge of a kitchen brigade that has 6 chefs working splits and straights.
You will have experience at Head Chef level in a high volume, good quality restaurant or gastro pub and be able to cope with the fast pace that the kitchen demands.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for menu creation, staff training and motivation and GP and wage control. You will also be expected to be very hands on and lead the kitchen brigade by example.
