Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

Production Oversight: Manage daily manufacturing operations, optimising productivity and ensuring adherence to schedules.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop production plans that align with customer demand and resource availability.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure all products meet rigorous standards and regulatory requirements.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate labour, materials, and equipment to maximise output and minimise waste.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs while increasing product quality.
Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, downtime, and quality metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in a production management role, in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
