Job Title: MIG Welder
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm (37.5 hours per week, 30 mins unpaid lunch)
Salary: ?30,250.00 per year (DOE)
Location: Daventry, NN11

Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our growing team in Daventry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a production environment, a sharp eye for detail, and a solid understanding of quality standards. You must be reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Duties:
* Carry out MIG and/or TIG welding operations to manufacture parts and assemblies to production schedules
* Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for welding tasks
* Operate machinery including sizers and saws for part preparation
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work orders to produce accurate components
* Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure high standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a production welding environment
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Willingness to learn and operate tube manipulation/fabrication equipment (training provided)
* Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
