Prestige Car Sales Consultant

* Based in the Orpington area

* £25k Basic Salary (Circa £40-60k OTE - Uncapped)

* 5 Day Working Week - Weekends on Rotation

* All strong sales backgrounds can be considered

Monday Matters Recruitment is working exclusively with one of Kent’s busiest and most successful prestige car dealerships to find a results-driven Prestige Car Sales Consultant. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and have a genuine passion for premium vehicles, this is the role for you.

The Opportunity

This isn’t your average showroom. Our client operates in a high-demand, fast-moving market where volume meets prestige. With a constant flow of quality stock and motivated buyers, this is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales professionals who know how to work smart, close deals quickly, and deliver a top-tier customer experience under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage quickly and confidently with customers in a high-traffic showroom

*

Manage a fast-moving sales pipeline with multiple customer touchpoints

*

Accurately present a wide range of prestige vehicles

*

Handle the full sales process from enquiry to handover

*

Meet and exceed individual and team volume targets

*

Maintain professionalism while working at speed

*

Deliver excellent service, even under pressure

*

Ensure all compliance and documentation is completed correctly and efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in sales in a fast paced environment

*

A confident, energetic communicator who thrives on hitting targets

*

Resilient, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple deals at once

*

A true team player with a competitive edge

*

Full UK driving licence required
