Location: Kent
Salary: £22,500 - £26,400
Start date: September 2025
Contract type: Full-time and term-time only

We are currently recruiting on behalf of primary schools across Kent for September 2025.

Learning Support Assistant - about the role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

* Work closely with pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Support students in class, small groups, or 1:1 settings to access the curriculum and develop key life skills.
* Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning plans.
* Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Learning Support Assistant - about the school:

Learning Support Assistant - requirements:

* A 2:1 or above in Psychology or an academic subject degree
* Previous experience working with children or young people with special needs (in school or care settings) is highly desirable.
* A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible attitude.
* A genuine passion for supporting SEN students and making a difference.

This role is ideal for experienced LSAs, psychology graduates, or anyone looking to start a career in special education.
