Vehicle Technician
Location: High Wycombe
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Two Saturdays per month (half days - timing negotiable)
Salary: £37,000 - £46,000

We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our team. You’ll work with a supportive, professional workshop environment that values your expertise and rewards quality work with a strong, consistent income.

What We Offer:

A flat base salary between £37,000 and £46,000 - no commission, no bonus pressure.

Flexibility for the right candidate - we’re open to increasing the salary bracket for top talent.

Consistent working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Two Saturdays per month, half days, with flexible timing.

A stable and straightforward pay structure - what you see is what you get.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent)

Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a range of vehicle makes and models

A good work ethic and reliability

Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work

A full UK driving licence
