Job Title: MIG Fabricator
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £14.50 – £15.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 13:30 (early finish!)

Job Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and confident MIG Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturer in Redditch. You’ll be working with large steel components, fabricating from technical drawings, and occasionally working at height. This is a straight permanent position with consistent hours, competitive pay, and long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities

MIG weld large steel structures with precision and consistency
Interpret and work from engineering drawings
Use ladders and operate safely at height when necessary
Follow all health & safety and quality standards
Support the team in maintaining high production and craftsmanship standards

What We're Looking For

Proven MIG welding/fabrication experience
Ability to read and work confidently from technical drawings
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Good eye for detail and quality control
Team player with a proactive work ethic
