* Supporting class teachers with behaviour, engagement, and well-being strategies
* Becoming a reliable adult presence who helps students feel seen, safe, and understood

SEN Learning Support Mentor - What We're Looking For

We're seeking graduates who are:
* Academically strong: 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Education, Child Development or similar
* Passionate about working with children or young people with additional needs
* Experienced in roles such as tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or care (formal or informal)
* Committed to a future career in education, therapy, special needs, or child development
* Eager to learn about complex needs and work collaboratively in a school environment
