In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leaders across the organisation, shaping the employee experience through engagement, communication, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with previous HR or internal culture experience, who brings strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a flair for communication, and the ability to translate people data into impactful action. Familiarity with engagement platforms, performance tools, and health and wellbeing practices will be highly beneficial.
