Assist the senior buying and product development team in crafting exciting product ranges
Accurately create costing sheets for senior team approval
Maintain weekly progress trackers and communicate with customers
Manage critical paths and ensure adherence to deadlines
Handle sample management, including tracking and sending out samples
Liaise with Far East sourcing offices for sample feedback and queries
Update customer systems with current information for seamless operations
Collaborate with sales admin for customer administration tasks
Support UK trade shows and perform other ad hoc duties as neededEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced administration role
Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Willingness to travel within the UK Technologies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office programmes
