Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Administer payroll processing and employee compensation programmes
Coordinate training and development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Lead manager meetings and support employees in mental health initiativesEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

CIPD Level 5 or above
CIPP Member status or equivalent
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR management
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of government laws and HR best practises
Proficient with HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Thinking Software, Opera Pegasus) Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Mental Health First Aider trained
Knowledge of occupational health & safety practises
Experience managing a team and influencing management Technologies:

HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Thinking Software, Opera Pegasus)
Microsoft Office Suite
