Job Title: Trainee Machine Operative Location: Maldon, Essex Salary: £25,400 - £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:30 (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
Prime Appointments is currently hiring for a Trainee Machine Operative to join a growing, family-run electronics manufacturer based in Maldon Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about electrical assembly and looking to build a long-term career in the manufacturing and production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the setup and operation of electrical machinery
Learn to use a range of hand tools and electrical equipment
Work closely with experienced technicians as part of a supportive team
Receive on-the-job training and developmentIdeal Candidate:

Recently completed college studies in electronics or a related field
Keen interest in electrical or mechanical assembly
Enthusiastic about learning and progressing in the industry
